For bespoke commissions, we model your specific machine from the photos and specs you send, then share a render for approval before printing.

Every Oruky piece comes with a Lifetime Reprint Guarantee. If yours breaks — dropped, cracked, anything — send us a photo and we'll reprint it for ₹150 + actual shipping. No questions, no expiry. The number stays the same.

Pieces are made to order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it at no cost — send a photo within 7 days of delivery. See the full Returns Policy for details.

PLA or PLA+ for most catalogue pieces — non-toxic, plant-derived filament, safe for adults and supervised children 14+. No chemical smell once cooled. For outdoor or structural pieces, we offer PETG, ASA, and carbon-fibre composites. Weight is 40–200g depending on size; the base is heavy enough that pieces don't topple easily.

4–6 days from order for standard catalogue pieces across India (free over ₹1,500). International: 8–14 days. Bespoke commissions take 4 weeks from approved brief to dispatch. We print each piece when you order — there's no warehouse stock, so those timelines are real.

Edition numbers are assigned in order of confirmed payment — first paid, first numbered. Your number is hand-marked on the piece as it leaves the studio, photographed, and included in your dispatch note. Once an edition closes, that number set is retired. It doesn't reopen.
